Each unit has an incredible view of the golf course and each one has a wonderful deck for entertaining. They are located in a very private area of Pinehurst and they are very popular. Some of the units have been completely renovated – and they are stunning. Most of these units are single level units .
These condos are not eligible for short term golf vacation rentals, which enhances the privacy of the community. Quail Hill residents tend to be owners who live in Pinehurst for all or part of the year. Vaulted ceilings and a very open lodge-like feel with fireplaces , combined with close proximity to the Village of Pinehurst NC and the Pinehurst Country Club, make these condos among the most desirable in the area. These condos rarely come on the market and in fact, there was only one sold during all of 2006 & 2007 – a 3 BR, 3 BA Unit for $369,000. Additional picnic tables are also available on a first-come, first-served basis for groups of 50 or fewer without vendor services at nearby Quail Hill Community Park. It includes one large classroom, a multipurpose room, an exercise room, a lobby, patio space, and outdoor and playground amenities. Quail Hill Community Center opened March 2017 and is next to Quail Hill Community Park, surrounded by preserved open space.
